Most recently, he was President and CEO of Exeter Resource Corp., which controlled the Caspiche Au – Cu deposit in Chile. Exeter was successfully purchased by Goldcorp in June 2017.

Alistair Waddell is a geologist with 30 years of diverse mineral exploration, development, and capital market experience. He is a founder and former CEO of GoldQuest Mining Corp., focused on exploration in the Dominican Republic. He previously served as VP – Greenfields Exploration for Kinross Gold, with a global mandate to develop new exploration ideas. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Headwater Gold, focused on exploration in Nevada, Idaho, and Oregon. Alistair has lived and worked in Australia, Canada, Bolivia, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and the Dominican Republic.

Tero Kosonen is the Co-Founder of a private equity/venture capital group. He serves as Chairman for FinEx Metals (TSX-V: FINX) and Director for Headwater Gold (CSE: HWG). Tero has 25 years of experience in management roles, entrepreneurial ventures, and investments in natural resources.

Doug Menzies is an exploration geologist with over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration and GIS industries, including staff positions with CRA, a Newcrest JV, and as a consultant. He has experience exploring for porphyry gold-copper and epithermal gold mineralisation in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Fiji, Laos, Chile, Argentina, and Mexico, as well as IOCG systems in Chile.

Dr. Stuart Smith is a geologist with 30 years of global experience ranging from project generation to mine geology. He served as Technical Director – Strategy & New Projects and as Specialist – Global Copper for Teck Resources Ltd. Previously, he was Chief Geologist for the Oxiana-OZ Minerals-MMG group of companies. From 1995 to 2001, Dr. Smith worked in the heart of the Macquarie Arc, including time spent at Northparkes Mines. He has a detailed understanding of the geology and exploration of Macquarie Arc porphyry systems.

Fraser MacCorquodale is an exploration geologist with over 35 years of experience in exploring for gold and copper deposits globally, specializing in near-mine, brownfield, and greenfield exploration. He led Newcrest’s global exploration team from 2008 to 2023, during which he was directly involved in numerous discoveries in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, West Africa, and Western Canada.

Cecil R. Bond is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) with over 20 years of global experience in the junior resource and mining industry. He has served as a director or senior executive for companies listed on the TSX, TSX-V, ASX, AIM, and NYSE markets. Cecil was the former CFO of Exeter Resource Corp. until it was acquired by Goldcorp in June 2017, and VP Finance of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. until it was acquired by Yamana Gold.

Mr. Cross is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who brings 28 years of accounting experience, primarily in the mining and mineral exploration sector. Mr. Cross is a co-founder of Cross Davis & Company, a CPA firm that has focused on providing accounting and management services to publicly listed companies since 2010.

With over 50 years of highly successful experience in metalliferous mineral exploration, including roles as Chief Geoscientist with Western Mining Corporation Ltd, BHP Minerals, and BHP Billiton Minerals as Chief Geologist, this accomplished expert has contributed to major discoveries such as Olympic Dam, Wirda Well, Nifty, Yandan, Ernest Henry, and Kamoa, and was honored with the 2015 Thayer Lindsley International Discovery Award from PDAC for the discovery of the Kamoa Copper Deposit.

With over 30 years of experience in senior roles at Antofagasta, Anglo American, Newcrest Mining, and Rio Tinto, this seasoned economic geologist has a proven track record in exploring and evaluating base and precious metal prospects and deposits worldwide, along with extensive commercial and strategic expertise in structuring deals for mineral exploration projects on a global scale.
