BELL RIVER

New South Wales, Australia

OVERVIEW

The Bell River Project covers approximately 115 square kilometres within the Molong Belt of the Macquarie Arc — Australia’s most fertile porphyry copper-gold terrane. Located 65 km north of Newmont’s Cadia Valley operations, Bell River is considered highly prospective for porphyry-style Cu-Au mineralization, with multiple untested targets featuring advanced argillic and propylitic alteration systems.

ALTERATION

  • Mapping and spectral surveys have identified alteration patterns across several prospects characteristic of the upper levels of porphyry copper-gold systems. These geological features are similar to those observed at major deposits such as Cadia and Boda, indicating strong potential for a preserved lithocap and underlying mineralisation..

  • Rock chip and soil sampling has returned highly encouraging results, including up to 40.8 g/t Au and 1% Cu, while airborne hyperspectral data and Cu-in-soil anomalies delineate multiple underexplored zones with potential for porphyry and epithermal-style mineralisation.

  • Despite strong geological indicators and proximity to major deposits like Cadia and Boda, large areas of the project remain untested by drilling, providing significant discovery potential in one of Australia’s premier porphyry belts.
